Need help - One finger has gone crazy

This plant started off as one finger only. It is a clone from a good / perfect Neville Haze. Everyone in grow is looking good, but this guy?? what is up??

i have seen this before and the only thing i can think of is bad genetic seed but from a clone wow did the clone look funny from the get go??

Here is Baby One Finger. Never Seen any plant coming from a clone from my mother plant do this. She was started in a aquaponic system.
