Need of assistance

So I am new to coco only did it once with amazing results in a tent. Now I have a room stepped pot size up from 1 gal fabrics to 3gal fabric. Room height almost same specs as tent bit pitched so lower in some areas. So I wanted to veg 8 weeks but with height issues maybe more like 4-6. And I wanna go ahead and put 1st layer down already. So I need advice on plant spacing because once trellis is down its down.

The most knowledgeable person i known that runs scrog is @GoogleGenie
If you check his journals he has a good Wright up about it.

@Tokin Roll basement setup low ceilings so made custom temporary tables on casters in 3 gal fabric 3x6 tables, wanna know plant spacing or how many to a table
