New growth twisting

Been like this for 3 weeks. Can't seem to shake it. I'm in living soil, all organic, organically treated for disease, benificial bacteria and micorizae added. I feed a little less than directed on the package. Just transplanted to bigger pot yesterday hoping it was a simple as it out grew the smart pot I had it in but I'm doubting that's the initial cause. I'm new here and can't figure out how to upload photos either. Could use some help with that too

I guess I wouldn't rule that out. 3 of my 4 are doing it to a degree. The smaller of the 3 is the least affected and the 4th that isn't affected is 200 feet away from these 3 and in a pot twice the size. Maybe the roots are getting heat stressed...

If you're trying to grow in living Organic Soil you should be in at least 20 gallon fabric pots.

This is my first year trying it. Next year I'll move to 20's much sooner. They got transplanted 2 days ago. I did notice the root balls were very tight so I pruned them on the transplant

Yep, next time just sprout seedling in solo cup for 7-8 days in seedling soil.
Then transplant right into final pot.
If the grow is outdoor it should be a huge pot like 100 gallon.
If indoor then 20-30 gallon.
And start a cover crop and mulch layer
