hey guys,
so I would very much like to start growing 1-3 plants as a personal project. I have done moderate research on growing on this site but it's a lot to take in. If anyone can answer some general questions I would be extremely grateful!
1. Strains - This is probably the question I've turned over in my head a lot over the last few weeks. So I looked at dozens of strains and have come to the conclusion that I would like to grow some of the classic/popular strains such as Purple Haze, AK-47, White Widow, White Russian, Pineapple Express, Northern Lights, something like those. I especially do not want low yielding ones like Blueberry. I'm just starting out so I would appreciate any suggestions of like, High Yielding, Fast growing, bud. I honestly don't know what kind of high I'm looking for. I'm aware they're all different types but it's almost irrelevant. I mean it would be cool if I got like two different strains with different properties so I could experiment.
2. Setup - I know for sure I don't want a traditional organic thing, so it's between hydroponics and aeroponics. I am fairly familiar with a hydroponic system, as I have gone through a thread on this site and seen what it looks like, gotten an idea of what's all involved. Some stuff I don't know though, such as what "nutes" are and what their purpose is.
I realize I have much more homework to do, but I'm sure if someone told me specifically what to do to start it would be easier than wondering if I'm doing something right. Anyway thanks for reading, hope to hear from you all!
