Looks like too much nitrogen is burning them up, figure which nutrient you're using that has the most nitrogen and back off on it.

Until very recently I've been using water that had a too low ph. Could that be the problem? I have not feed them in weeks until yesterday. I thought it was blight or fungus.
Could be ph issue, as long as you raised the ph look for healthy new growth

There is plenty of new growth but I'm still getting lower leaves turning colors and falling off especially on the Hash plant..
When did you increase the ph level

A couple days ago. Yesterday was the first feeding for flowering.

I'm pretty sure these pics will show what I've been dealing with. I believe this to be powdery mold and Jorge's Cervantes in his encyclopedia says the plants have to be destroyed..

Lol MD, I'm very aware of that fact. I'm just too serious. I guess that is how my constant pain has changed me.
You could try a light bleach solution on them see if it knocks down the pm
