Odd Growth, No Flowers

I am growing Barneys Farm CookieKush. Running the Roots Organic full line and in 707 soil. I am growing two Pineapple Express, two cookiekush, and two grizzly purple kush. This is an outdoor grow. My issue is with cookie kush. It won't flower, I'm in MA and all my other strains are flowering. Both CookieKush are not flowering but instead are showing wierd growth. I've had no known deficiency/toxicity issues. In fact they look great, healthy, etc.... anyways take a look a the attached picture. Both plants are showing this wierd growth pattern. Any one have an idea on how to get these girls to flower?

Those are pistils being pushed out. Sign of an early flower. Like Chris said, just give it time.

You've got calyxes all over the place. Just give it 7 more weeks or so.
