Plant training

i was just wondering when is the soonest i can start training my plants to make them bigger and also when would be the best time to top my plant? here’s a couple pictures of them today they’re 15 days out of the soil today

I like to get a good root system before topping. I wait till 4rth or 5th node and cut back to one or two to split at the first or second node. The second has worked best as I get 4 sturdy main branches. When things even out I start LST and super cropping.
