hello freinds
this is my 4 ladys (first growth) day 11 and transplant in day 5 -what makes me feel it was a mistake...

using :
1x1x2m tent

660w hps (dual+adjustable)

how they look ?
does the hight of the light are good ?

Hi there,

The plant looks fine , but yeah I normally root the plant out in a smaller container first, build a good root ball, then transplant ,
Have them pots got good drainage holes?
Make sure you have a fan running on slow pointing at the plants to strengthen the stems , light distance looks fine is it air cooled? What are your temps?
Coz you can put the light on a lower setting and lower the light to prevent the plant from stretching ,
