Q about growing autoflower

Im soon going to be starting a batch of lowryder seeds. Iv heard its best to put them on a 12/12 from start to finish but i was wondering if i should use red or blue light?

Auto-flowering strains are so named because they flower under any light conditions. They're not photoperiod sensative, so they bloom as soon as they're mature enough.

I'll let the crowds weigh in on the lighting issues as I'm not an auto-flower grower.
