She’s starting to bud!

Okay so she just started showing she’s budding what should I do now ? Do I stop training her ? Should I trim the lower stuff ?
I wasn’t ready for her to flower but she did ! I thought I had a few more weeks in veg

What week would yall say I’m in ?
And I’ve read that once in flower you should keep soil damp unlike veg where you let the soil dry out then water ?
