No, she needs those leaves to make sugars for future growth and flowering.
Too early to defoliate,but if you're going to top them,now's the time for that .

If she is less than 21 days, and has at least 3 nodes, you should go for it.

Good so far I did decide to top one and I bought a 4" fan with a 14" filter got a bottle of cal/mag and a bottle of flora shield and floralicious I'm going to add to my nutes this weekend

Thanks this is my first time growing indoors and hydro one has nice bright shiny roots the other not so much their turning a bit brown and not looking so great definitely has me a little worried any recommendations on what to get for this there are so many different things for it not sure what to go with

Lol yea I added the fountain thought it might help bring the rh up a little plus it adds a little zen for the girls lol
If you are doing DWC, I’m sure there are others more experienced than I, but I would take a look at oxygen failing to get those roots. Brown could mean rot. How do they smell?

Yea one yellow jacket dwc and the other is a water farm system they both have air injection systems and air stones in the reservoir they don't really have any smell to them
I’m not going to just wish you luck. I believe @Pennywise has done DWC, and he’s a very resourceful and helpful fellow.
