Should I wait, or go partial harvest?

Hey!
I'm about to harvest my first plants ever, and I feel that the top buds may still need a week to go, but that the lower ones are further from being ready, with lots of white pistils.
I kept my plants really small, grew them outside and I'm feeding them nothing but banana peel and coffee tea.
Is it okay to partially harvest small plants without pro nutes?

It doesn't hurt to pick the ripe ones and leave the others for a while. How far along are these? You using a scope to check for ripeness?

Early for an outdoor harvest isn't it? Typically its late September/October around these parts. Buds look smallish so I'd let them go. They will fatten up with more sun.

They're 5 weeks into flowering, which started naturally, so I think I should wait as least two more, but I'll keep an eye on them.
Pics are a few days old and they've fattened up quite a bit, altough I still have lots of white pistils on lower buds.
I keep the plants outside and they're getting as much sun as possible.
Seems to be early for harvest, yes, even in southern Europe, but june and july were really sunny and nice, and nights have already gotten 1h30 longer. My third plant is a different strain, I decided not to keep it short, let it grow, and I've just seen its first pistils two days ago.

Yeah, 5 weeks is way to early. You may even need another 4 weeks. Most strains I've ever grown ripen from 60-70 days unless its a leggy sativa. A scope is the only real way to decide. Good luck
