Smokeypep's First Ever Grow: Banana Kush & Gelato

Hey everyone, I live on the coast in Ireland and it does be very cold. Having a nice summer so the weathers actually okay at the moment . This is my first ever grow and I haven’t really any idea what I’m doing, just watched a couple of videos on YouTube before I got started, only found out about this a couple weeks ago, My plants are just starting to bud, about 6 weeks in a had an accident and lost a couple branches off each plant ,the gelato plant took a big hit and didn’t recover well but the banana kush is an absolute monster. I have a shed built for my tent in my garden. It’s a small enough tent not sure on the actual size, I have a 400w light, a carbon filter and extraction fan. The plants I have are photoperiods . I have been using advanced nutrients three part grow ( micro, bloom, grow) , rhino skin, sensizym, bud candy, nirvana, big bud, also have cal mag I use on some feeds. I will post pictures from each stages , hope everyone follows and lets me know what they think, all advice is greatly appreciated

Hey dude, I am from Scotland i know of this cold Haha. Your lady looks well as far as I can see, Do you have a humidity checker and temp gauge? They are handy tool for flowering so you can keep the humidity in check and also see what kinda day/night temps your getting. keeping humidity in check is a must during flowering to avoid bud rot, I know Scotland is VERY humid outdoor which inst ideal. I only use LEDS as that's all I have but I would guess maybe that if yours is a 400w HPS bulb then you could maybe heighten the light a bit to avoid bud burn? Somebody more experienced with HPS will know. Looks good tho man for your 1 time

Hey man. Cheers for the reply. I actually don’t have a humidity checker and temp gauge but I will order one up now! Thank you! My lights actually hung Right at the top of my tent it’s just the plant is a monster I done some lst one them a few weeks ago to the top main two branches to keep them away from the light. Will be doing lst from the beginning on my next grow so I get a wide bush instead of a tall girly! Looking so forward to next week few weeks, have you any idea how long I could have left?

You got some nice looking plants & seem to have a good grasp on growing for a first timer as celticlyle said watch your humidity & temps while in bud mode, welcome to 420 magazine lots of help here, hope you don't mind if I pop in & follow along I'm on the other side of the pond in Central canada
