Hey bro. You do not want to use molasses during the flush. It's more of a week 4-7 thing. And the best way to flush my plants for me personally... when I decide its time to flush based on trichome production and bud formation I take the plant and run 3x the amount of water per soil. So 3 gallons of water to 1 gallon of soil. (15 gallons per 5 gallon bucket) then I put it back in the room and let it dry all the way out. After that I water 1/2 gallon every day or every other day. I always let it get mostly dried out first. I repeat this process somewhere through day 10-13 when the leaves are mostly yellow I chop.

If it is an organic soil there is no need to flush as you'll just be releasing more nutrients. A true organic soil gives the plant what it wants when it calls for it and doesn't become toxic though. If you are using organic nutes and not organic composted soil then yes still flush accordingly the same way. Maybe shorten it by 2-3 days

Looks great Jack! Yeah soil can be tricky because of the oh swing at times. As @therooster he will tell you a little dolomite lime in the soil is a life saver right?

But they look great dude. Much more manageable size and super green perky and healthy! Great job
