Drink a TON of water when you IF, this is a key piece that a lot of people miss. Magnesium is also a great supplement to get on which won’t break the fast. Mixing sea salt in water and drinking that while IF can also do a lot for your cells and opening them up so you get a deep flush with the water you drink. HUGE FAN of IF.
Thank you so much for this information. This would explain the mag deficiency I’ve been suspecting. I’ve been getting leg and foot cramps, something I wasn’t suspecting I’d develop with my level of activity.
Adequate hydration is a necessity with cannabis therapeutics as well. It’s one of the more challenging messages to get out there, and now that you mention it, I’ve been lax on consumption while traveling. At home I keep a bottle of water at hand all the time.
How much sea salt to a cup? I keep it on hand to clean the bong, so I have a lot of it. Lol!
