Testing a cheap digital microscope

Hi all, I've seen a few people here ask about digital microscopes and they're quality. So I looked over a few and decided a cheap one for $30 is a good start ( Ankylin 50x-1000x). So far it's super easy to use but kinda difficult to keep steady as there is no stand, so I'll have to figure that out....maybe a rig a small camera tripod to it. But runs on an app for free...and streams the live image to your phone....which is cool because you can zoom and take photos and video. But until I really play with it and get in tune with it, here is some tester photos of some broke up nug right out of the box.

Ok so after a few bowls..2 blunts...and a couple hours I managed to get a little closer and clearer. So this next set of photos Im posting are of some "free green" my buddy grew...kept saying no one likes it... Well I smoked quite a bit of it....and I agree does nothing to me. If what I am seeing is right his trichomes are all mostly clear( the light is reflecting off the tops making them look ultra cloudy)....meaning he harvested far to early? And would that be the cause for it basically doing nothing for anyone? Was a pretty plant and have watched it from seed to before he chopped it (photos were taken with a dinosaur smart phone )
