Trichomes under pocket microscope

Well I broke out my cheap Amazon pocket microscope for the first time just to see where the trichomes are at and my wife accused me of being a mad scientist, Lol. Vanilla crème pie 70%-Indica 30%-Sativa and today is flowering day 38. I tried a jeweler’s loupe but had a hard time seeing anything, maybe it’s an old age thing and I probably would never make a good jeweler.

Mad scientist, lol when I got mine I looked at everything lol... Nice pictures....how many of each was needed I know with the one I have it's very sensitive to movement so rapid photo shooting is necessary.

Lol I think I was out of control with the microscope because I was looking at everything like hair on my head, hair on my arms, dogs hair, a fly, couch arm rest, egg McMuffin and then wanted to look at wife’s hair and she said no way! There is lot of movement so I just rapid fire the pic button and pick the clearest images. This is a handy tool….

very nice trichome pics!

scope connected by USB to your phone? I think my scope can do that, but I've never tried... always just connected it to my computer. now I have a badass camera on my phone that does macro... you can see some pics 1/2 down page 8 in my Journal... link below. ...but I should bust out the scope and try it with my phone 2 compare.

What do you use to take these pictures? I can see my trichomes but not that close.

I'm guessing one of these, $25 on Amazon. I also have one... OK for $25, but upgraded to a Celestron, $170.
