Currently I have a very basic DWC two-5 gallon system. I feel like drip is going to be my next adventure.
I'm about to start a 3 plant grow in a 2x4 tent. Searching for a low-profile reservoir to sit my buckets on top of and found this:
It's 15" x 48"
I figure I can take some 3/4" ply, seal it all food safe n'shit, drill three 3"-ish holes in it and plop it on top of this. In the bottom of each 5 gallon bucket I'll drill a 2" hole and put a nipple riser in so roots can't easily end up in the res. Then I can add a pump below with a timer feeding the drip system, as well as a small sump to drain the res out the window into my garden.
If this sounds not totally insane next question:
if I'm recirculating the res solution, do I still need a bubbler in the res?
Thank you!
