3-afghani
2-sensi star (delicious seeds)
1- strawberry blue
1-whitw widow x big bud
1- blue cheese

Soil - Ocean Forest

Solo cups>3gallon smart pots

Lights - 600 watt phantom II - Radiant 8 inch hood - Hortilux Eye hps bulb

26 watt cfl (7)

***Is it ok to go from solo cup to 3 gallon smart pots?
**what soil amendments (ex seabird guano) can syntheic indoor soil growers use?

I am not going to be any good on the soil question however on your transplant I think I can help. If you are going to go from solo to 3 gallons that would be fine however I would make sure that you have a good stable root system built up. Its a large jump so the larger you can let your plant grow in the solo the better. Ideally you only want to do one transfer although most growers end up doing 2. Normally start small solo cups or something similar in size to 1-2 gallon - 5 gallon to however big you plan on going. There is a lady one here names sweetsue who is very much into the whole soil thing. Might be worth asking her for assistance on the soil thing.
