Very weird plant with webbed top leaf not growing new top nodes, what to do?

First seedling sprouted on 3/18/20, so just starting week 3.

This is my first grow and one of my 3 plants (Amnesia fast) is having some trouble.

It’s not sprouting anything new from the center since the 1st node (but it’s growing tall). Take a look at the black circle, this is the top node and it's doing nothing new. There is only one set of nodes. My other plants have started their 3rd nodes.

Also, presumably related, one of the top fan leaves is webbed and so it is entirely acting like a roof and blocking the node below (which is not looking good compared to the other side).

Normal and normal to me...they look awesome! I'd let them go aways on their own, looking that healthy they'll sort it out. I'd say too early to be trimming. CHeers mate, gl!
