Weird leaves? Help!

So I’ve been growing these bag seeds in this 2x4 for about 90 days and about 30 days ago or so I figured they were autos because they started flowering on their own at 18/6. Recently I’ve noticed some 3 or 1 finger fan leaves growing and I’m confused lol. What does this mean? Is this good or bad? I have 4 plants in solo cups in this tent and all 4 seem to be doing the same thing???

The amount of singles and 3 bladed fan leaves tells there is photoperiod stress or reveg. If you want to flower it out go 12/12 lighting and it will take about 8 to 20 days to start adding pistils and will be finished in about 8 to 10 weeks. That’s not an auto it would have finished by now, your plant must have 12 hours of uninterrupted dark each nite from now to harvest.

Earlier in the grow I had thought they were photoperiods so I set them to 12/12 but the day i did that I noticed that they had already started flowering so I switched it back to 18/6. That was about 4 weeks ago or so. Any suggestions?

Yep flip back to 12/12 from now until harvest photoperiods will never flower otherwise.

you could run autos 18/6 all the way from start to finish, or even 24/ 0 they automatically flower and don’t require the 12 hours of darkness. But photoperiods will not flower unless they are given 12 dark, the dark triggers flowering and when flipped back to 18/6 they fell out of flowering mode and did the re-veg. No worries - it’s all good!

Killer eye Konk’s Dirt Empire, you saved the day... crap I glazed right over that!! Is there any reason that you are still growing these plants in cups? Yeah you want to upcan now and don’t do that light flip thing we talked about. Go back to 18/6 here’s why. Plants build roots freely in veg, but once you flip to flower mode the root production grinds to a halt and the plant uses the roots that were built in veg.

Heres the scoop- forget everything we talked about and go back to 18/6 when you see this. Upcan to bigger container... see below. Run them in new container for 3 to 5 weeks and then flip to flower with 12/12.

Those tiny cups are a severe limiting factor, in soil grows you need like 3 gallons is the minimum but 5 gallon buckets or 7.5 gallon fabric bags or air pots would be better. Make sure there’s plenty of drain holes

Right, but I think the smallest least worst size to grow the whole plant in is 3 gallons.

There’s only 4 small plants in a solo cup in there. Here I circled the cups from the last pic.

Still sounds like you have 4 in Solo Cups and then some larger ones; maybe 3 larger ones. And I see something that looks like it could be a blue flower pot that has a plant in it.

But if you are wanting any real yields yeah better upcan to bigger now & continue 18/6 for 3 to 5 weeks before flipping back to 12/12.
