In Thailand they wrap the trimmed buds on the branches with palm leaves, this breaks the trichomes and they bury them in the ground to dry and cure. Hence the name Thai stick. Breaking the trichome releases the thc into the bud unceasing thc levels before they turn to cbn during drying

Today I put 7 seeds in paper towel.
1 Amnesia- Canuck seeds
3 Afghan Kush- world of seeds
3 Wild Thai - world of seeds

Wild Thai #1 is dry and going into jars. 93.6 g
I’ll chop Thai #2 in the next couple days along with the Afghan Kush.
Smoke report:
The aroma is pleasant citrusy spicy
It burns nicely with a white ash
The smoke is smooth
The high is a bit euphoric exhilarating...I got the grass cut and trimming done
I’ll update once I chop the next 2
In the meantime there are 7 little seedlings so updates coming soon.

The plants are almost a month old
A little small but they’ll grow
Other than that just gettin high with the Thai
It’s definitely high in THC
The high comes on fast and hits hard

Ok folks
These girls are now 43 days old now and have been moved outside for around 3 weeks now.
The Afghan is flowering and looks great @ 18 inches high from the dirt
The Thai and Amnesia look good too
I did have some stress issues with one of the Thai plants so I switched up nutes and they seem to be responding well. Some pics

Hey folks, I apologize for not updating for a few weeks but my old phone kinda had a melt down
Got a new one now so here’s a few pics

The wild Thai is an amazing plant.
the tallest is 53” with side branches giving a 37” width. At 59 days old she is tall with big spacing between branches. Bud sites are notably spaced as you can see in the pic.

so far they have tolerated the high temps we’ve been having (shouldn’t be surprising with a strain from the ko Chang archipelago).
Watering almost daily due the heat.
Seems like they are liking the weather.

Today is day 65 from popping.
The Wild Thai is exactly that, what a beautiful plant. ( these au natural, I did no lst ext., I just let them do their thing)
The stems are generously spaced, the buds are nicely stacked.

They the Thai should be done between 60 and 70 days, I still have pistols shooting up. I’m thinking 3 more weeks, I’ll start some supplements for bud density.
The Amnesia and Afghan are about 2 weeks away from finishing.
What to grow next??
