How long after harvest can seeds be used I had a male & it violated my female, So I tried to germinate some of the ofsping a cant get any to "root" any advice on this subject would be greatly appreciated

Dose this look like a bad diseased seedling or is this normal

Only thing I'm using is ph balanced water at 5.5 and Rockwell cube nuts

7pH is neutral - 5.5pH is acidic by a fair margin. PH is a logarithmic scale. 5.5pH is way too low for seedlings.
