What Kind Of Weed Is This?

A guy in my city has the really compressed weed. The thing is.. it's extremely pungent almost like it was sprayed with something. The odor is very loud like kush and lemon smelling. . On the bag but when you bring the weed close it smells like popcorn/feet I'll upload some pics too. It also has no seeds and breaks down really to almost a powder consistency.

Looks like a bunch of compressed dried up trim, to me. Does it get you high? Not sure of your question.

I wanted to know if you guys thought it may be sprayed with something to increase the smell or does that exist.? A half oz of this stuff is 25 but it's loud like SOUR DIESEL.

From the way the outside of the bag smelled, I would say they could of sprayed with that furniture/wood dusting spray that smells like lemon. Or anything for that matter, like car spray deodorant, came to mind. It should smell the same up close I would think, All the weed I get smells like the bag it's in.
