When Will My Buds Harden Up?

Yes, as do I. However, he's saying we need to up the rh% to 70% when we're drying, WITH a humidifier! I got it! Such a newbie mistake. Gaaaah!

So I get home today and I find that my buds seem more moist than when I put them in the jar. I took them out of the jars and placed them in a tray in my tent to let them dry a bit. They smell so good, I just feel they are still too moist to leave in jars. Any advice ????

I took them out of the jar and noticed they were moist. That’s when I decided to set them on the tray to air out for a bit. It’s my first harvest so I actually have no idea what I’m doing. They smell great though

Every time you put them in the jars the moisture gets worked out from the inside out. What happened is normal. You probably should get a nice quality hygrometer and put it in the jar with the buds and see what it reads after a couple hours.

When the feel moist again let them dry a bit then open close open close open close thats called burping the jars.

I guess I didn’t really understand what happens during burping. Just don’t want to end up with mold and have harvest go to waste.

Practice makes perfect or damn close to it so youll get the hang of it.

Once my buds went into jars I would burp them twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening and I would burp anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour because sometimes I forgot I left the jars open. I did this for a couple weeks after that I burp once a day or every other day for another week I guess. I put a reminder on my phone to remind me to burp once a month just for shits and giggles. I also have Boveda 62 pack in each jar

You could wait a week before you put in those Boveda packs

some people have different methods , but i like to keep it simple , this video is ok its plain and simple , if your going to sell or use as top shelf then dig deeper into it
