Funny but true… our collective crystal ball is in the shop for repairs…. meaning - we are very detail oriented and need more data. Help us - to help you…. there’s a blue million fine details that add up to either success or failure.

for example you mentioned nute but that doesn’t tell us how often you use them…
How much water do you give in 1 watering session?
How many days do you wait until adding more water?
How do you determine when it’s time to add more water?
What’s your pattern…. do you feed, feed, feed, water. or is it more like feed, water, feed water?

what soil? Or is it coco? Coco coir and soil are not the same thing…

I have a couple ideas, but without more info it would be a WAG (wild ass guess) at best. A picture of the whole plant would help, and info on grow media, watering, feeding, etc. Also, indoor or outdoor, light type, intensity, and distance from plants.
