Will these grow anymore or should I harvest?

After about 3-4 weeks I perhaps was overzealous in trimming the excess leaves but as you can see the remaing fans leaves withered away and now it seems all growth has stopped on the colas. What remains are very small but frosty. The trichomes are still white. The question is will these spurt more growth after all this time or should I cut my losses and harvest what I have on these 2 plants ?
