Seedling yellow leaf tips

Hey guys, I'm a complete noob and this is my first grow. I'd used a mixture of pro-mix potting soil with some vermiculite, perlite and I also added some Happy Frog fertilizer in the mix. I currently have 2 seedlings, one I think its looking okay, but the other has yellow tips on its leaves and its not looking so well. Could it be nutrient burn?

I believe the Happy Frog is a bit hot for seedlings. Also I'm not a fan of the Verm. Seems to hold to much moisture. JMO but I would let the soil dry and not give it any nutes for a few weeks.

That is definitely a hot mix for seedling! Looks like a burn to me.

Yea, that's the fert i used. should i transplant it into a new batch of soil?

it looks like it is trying to make a go of it... just complaining a bit. Try straight soil without the amendment at this stage next time, see if that goes better for you.
