Just a problem plant or genetics?

I have three plants, three different strains, blueberry, blue dream and white widow, all were germinated from seed all at the same time, planted in foxfarm happy frog in dixie cups, watered with distiled water no nuits a touch of cal mag at 6.3ph..Been in 3 gal pots now for 30 days...since day one the blueberry has this issue with blotching on almost every second leaf..the other two girls are doing great, not a mark on them.

Distilled water
cal mag 4ml/gal
RX Green part a&b grow
700PPM adjusted to 6.3ph
Half happy frog and ocean forest (when transplanted into 3gal)
Sun 315 ceramics
18/6 light been in veg for 30 days

Over all the blueberry does not look happy, sagging with blotches, I have looked at the leafs with a scope and no bugs at all....Could this be just a plant with bad genetics???

I agree with wiley420. Your using distilled water you have to add cal-mag which I see you are. If your ph is off the plant won't uptake it.
For soil an optimum root zone pH for cannabis is between 6.0 and 7.0, with the most time spent with a pH between 6.2 - 6.9. It's a good idea to let the pH cover a range instead of always adjusting to the exact same pH number.
