With red light (HPS should do) and cold temperatures at finish. Last 3 weeks slowly drop it to 5 degrees Celsius. They call it a "fall simulation".

Got ya. And is this temp done st night? No way i can keep it that cold in the day. Any suggestions to get it that cold?

Temp is done all the time. You have to be at 5C for about a week. Day and night. I used a portable AC unit. But I did it under LED which is hundreds of times cooler than HPS. But that's the secret. Lots of light and cold temps will cause the chlorophyll pigment to fade and the anthocyanin pigment to come out. Works for most plants with reds, purples in their genes.

7.0 ph should bring it up some, honestly i ph water going in but rarely check runoff as long as the plants are healthy.
