Little update on the girls...
The SMR is doing well but I haven't seen too much growth. I wasn't really confident with the lighting situation so I picked up a 40 watt CFL today and she's hanging out under that.
The BW is throwing out new growth on top like crazy. I can't really even tell all of what's going on up there it's so crowded. Once those tops/shoots get a bit larger I plan on trying to do some lst and separate them out a bit.
I also went ahead and did a little LST with the SB to get those lower leaves a bit more light. Those teeny little leaves also have some teeny little buds going on.

Time for a little Saturday morning update! The big girls seem to be happy on the 20/4 light cycle, and the little SMR is hanging out under her CFL 24/7. I think after another few days or so I'll try moving her under the MH with the big girls. I went ahead and gave the SB and BW their first light feedings today. I started out at about 1/4-1/2 strength nutes so hopefully they like it!
Here's a shot of the SMR, she's leaning over towards the CFL even though it's almost touching her. Don't know if I should switch her to the higher powered lights sooner?
The SB keeps throwing out more buds and I am starting to see things get a bit frosty as well. I tied her down a bit more to try and get some more light on the lower bud sites. We'll keep seeing what this little auto/weirdo thing does.
The BW is my little rockstar. She has lots of pretty lush growth up top. The point where I topped her split into the 2 tops like normal, but then it seems like the little side shoots wanted to come along for the ride. Those side shoots have been pretty much neck and neck with the main tops...but I tried to do some LST and fucked some things up a bit. I almost completely snapped off one of the side shoots so it has a little brace and it looks like it's going to make it. Then I majorly fucked up and completely snapped off one of my beautiful tops...GAHHH! Oh well no use crying over spilt milk, we'll see what she decides to do. I think I'm gonna try and top the tops once they get a bit larger.

You live and learn Sally. They're a hearty species that survive many mishaps I can't believe that tiny thing is not only blooming but shooting out trichomes already! Do you turn your plants 1/4 around every day? It keeps them growing straighter since the light source is consistent and they always reach for the light.

I'm not as consistent with rotating as I should be. I think I'm going to try to be though!
Your little Strawberry Blue is a strange one indeed. Watch it turn out to be some of the greatest bud you've ever smoked. lol.

Looking good this morning Sally..I wouldn't make too many assumptions about that seedling...they twist and lean here and there at that size...even the smallest CFL has enough juice for a plant of that size..

Alright time for a little update!
The SMR is trucking right along and seems to be getting a bit bigger every time I look at her.
The BW took her first feeding like a champ and has been exploding with new growth. I think In a few days I'll be able to go ahead and top her again for a total of hopefully 6 tops if everything goes well.
The SB keeps pushing out a bunch of new growth down by the base of her stem. Such a little weirdo but she's determined!

I also started tying that little lady down trying to get some more light down below. She seems to take all of it in stride!
The SB's main little cola just keeps packing it on. The stuff lower on the stem keeps getting bushier as well. I went ahead and tied her down in the other direction for a while and tied down one of the lower branches.

Valentine's update!
The SMR is 2 weeks old today and she sure is a squatty little girl. There's barely any space going on between her nodes.
I decided to just go ahead and get a bit more aggressive with leaf removal on my BW. Hopefully she likes it! Part of me is panicking a bit when I look at her now, but then I've seen other plants defoliated even more and they look amazing after a week or so. Gah we shall see!
The SB has less noticeable growth than the other two but she is getting more bud sites lower on the stem.

The BW is definitely my favorite little lady of this grow. She just continues to amaze me with her resilience. I abuse her and she just keeps on going. She seems to enjoy it even! She bounced back after the defoliation last week and there's a ton of new tops going on. So I went ahead and gave her another defoliation. I think I'm gonna go ahead and make the switch over flowering in a week or two...

The main cola just keeps getting denser, and the branches at the base keep getting thicker and putting out growth that even looks like what I see from some re-vegging plants. I'm hoping the next grow I do with the SB seeds I have left goes better than what this little freak is doing.

I know you know what you're doing but i would caution against the urge to "give her a little feeding"...she is definitely small but undeniably healthy and she is not showing ANY deficiencies that I can see. If you're on schedule with your waterings and feedings, I would maintain it and try not to fix something unbroken.
Your ladies look great and your journal has been a lot of fun so far!

You and Pigeons have two of the strangest plants! He's re-vegging and she's sprouting new stems right out of the buds. This one of yours looks like it's trying to be two completely different plants. 
And look at the way it's frosting up! Whatever this part is doing, it looks like it will give you potent buds.

Sue you're right, she sure is a weirdo. I can't wait to see how she smokes though. Her main cola is nice and dense and making my house smell great!

Just checking out these girls again, I actually really love the SMR growth form! Also, don't wait for a deficiency before you feed just simply follow your feeding schedule- she doesn't have to be yellow to be hungry....
