CoopExquisite's Blueberry, Syrup & Red Poison Grow Journal 2017 2.0

Thats usually the culprit

Whats youre recommendation of ph for coco?

Blu is 65 days and still looking sickly. Coop no likey. Swithced back to Fox Farm nutes as they, unlike General Organics, have iron, zinc and maganese. Fed with Big Bloom and Grow Big and ph'd at 6.0. I'm not gonna flip her till she's healthy.

Get well soon my little one!

This was Sunday...

And today her leaves are looking like this...

And I'm pretty sure that is why Donna is so small since I've seen harvests of 1-2 ounces. I'll be lucky to get 1/2 ounce. Shes been in flower for 20 days. But I love her color! If only I could find this in a photo...

Mrs. Buttersworth is the healthiest at 47 days total, 6 days in flower.

And I took a clone of Blu to make seeds. I have a little 1 pint pot that I'm going to use to keep her small.

5.8-6.2 is my usual range in coco, run some mild nute solution through the coco ph'd to where you normally set it then catch some runoff and check that. See if the ph in the coco is low.

Thanks for the advice. Runoff ph was 5.6, not too low, but low enough. Last feeding was ph'd at 6.3 with Big Bloom and CaMg.

Red Poison at 28 days in veg, 26 days in flower. Buds are getting bigger, pistils are starting to turn red. Once they hit 75% red I'll start looking at the trichomes to see when shes ready for harvest, hopefully before the end of the month.

Syrup is 42 days in veg and 12 days in flower. Think I have another month before she'll be ready.

Blueberry is 72 days in veg. Patiently waiting for her sisters to move out before flip.

Think I got everything back on track. Been a while since I've seen some new growth, and didn't notice it until it started coming in :laughtwo:

Blueberry clone is 10 days since cutting. Got a little new growth coming in. This little lady will be used to try and make some seeds.

Re: CoopExquisite's Blueberry, Syrup & Red Poison Grow Journal 2017 2.0

So much love for the red poison, definitely a looker. You say your ph can out at 5.6? That probably means you're ph was actually lower. Take your runoff ph and calculate the difference between what you in. Then you either subtract on add that difference to your runoff to get a general idea of where your ph was. In your case you have a negative difference of .7. so you subract that from 5.6 and you're medium was probably closer to 5 before adding anything. There's a good explanation of it somewhere on the forums. Hope that made sense.

Edit: hmmm I may have got this wrong. Let me see if I can find that thread.
Edit 2: sorry it was on another forum but I was right.

If your runoff is lower than what you put in use this formula: runoff - difference.

If your runoff is higher than what you put in use this formula: runoff + difference.

That Red Poison will be stunning.

The color has me in so much amazement! Since day 1 of flower. I was expecting an onset of color closer to harvest.

That color though! :circle-of-love:

So amazing right!

Wow that red poison has some great colour! They all look nice though

I only wish she were bigger! Guess you can't expect too much from a plant that starts flowering after 4 weeks lol

You made total sense. I'm familiar with the "Kentucky windage" method. I increased my input pH by .5 and runoff was 5.9ish

All the ladies are looking great as far as I'm concerned.

Syrup is 61 from seed, 20 in flower. Shes getting thick!

Winter is coming!

Red Poison is 61 from seed, 34 in flower. Mostly amber pistils, but over the last week new pistils have been shooting out. I'm gonna take a good look at her Sunday and decide if its time for harvest.

Fresh pistils showing, but I'm loving the color of the buds and sugar leaves!

Blueberry is 80 days from seed, and today is day 1 of flower. Received her first 12 hour sleep last night. Growth was stunted for a few weeks but shes back on track and been popping out new bud sites
