DaTenshi's 2nd Grow Journal 2015 - Super Critical Auto

doesn't look like light bleach looks more like burn from touching the light which causes moisture and it burns there
but the plant is still healthy and no worries :thumb:

It started off like a bleach, cause it never did touch the light, oh well doesn't really matter what happened :laughtwo:

Thank you :circle-of-love:

that is a lovely picture there Dat,, all sunny and flowery, looks like spring all right

but maybe you meant the first day of march?? I am trying to research where one would have to live to be experiencing the first day of spring right now,,,, i am comming up empty though,, well, one spot on Mars, but thats it

Thanks!

I live in Romania, and here we celebrate 1st March, it's also a symbol of the coming spring, and why we tweak it a little and say it's the first day of spring.

Lovely, rich green tones there. What a happy little plant DaTenshi.

:thanks: so much Sue! I love her color as well :high-five:

Super colour, daT. And I heartily approve of your cool attitude to a bit of bleaching.

Lovin' your work. :circle-of-love:

:cheer:

Thank you mr T! well things happen sometimes :laughtwo:

No use crying over spilled milk when she's doing fine.

Oooooo... I love exotic sunflowers. I love sunflowers. I have one tattooed on my upper right arm. A neighbor of ours plants some in a box he built on the street corner and I can watch them grow from our apartment three floors up. Sweet.

is there any difference in the sunflower seeds from the red and yellow or is it just a color thing?

I love them too!
:circle-of-love:

Would be my 1st time trying, wish me luck :high-five:

Only the color, and these are ornamental, they will produce seeds, but too small for consumption.
Doing this side-by-side with my sister, to see whichever does it better, hope the experience with growing our ladies will help.
:cheer:

My garden's been busy, out of the 8 seeds, germinated 8/8  6 seeds (Misty) were sitting in the fridge since fall 2013.
:high-five:

Had to improvise, ran out of seeding pots, that never happened before!! :thedoubletake:

All germinated seeds were planted this weekend, here are the 6 Misty seeds:

Soil used: random supermarket bag

:lot-o-toke:

If you need to make some seedling pots, take some plastic water cups and poke some holes. Make sure they're not transparent, roots don't like sun. I used an old screwdriver, heated it. Please don't touch the hot metal!!!

Unfortunately for the babies, the weather here is still crappy, cold and wet so far. Give me some sun :surrender: Really looking forward to a sunny spring day.

The 4 seedlings, are now a week old, by the time they need transplanting I will be harvesting Super Critical auto, aka Darky, still dark deep green btw :laughtwo:

Also transplanted the sunflower, used the pre-seeded Oregano and Rosemary pots!

My rosemary sprouted! Kinda my own living soil :cheer:

Thanks! :circle-of-love: sending love to everyone :Namaste:

beauty bud bud,, i dunno tho, it don't look near ready to my inexperienced eye,,, one thing I have learned on this site, for sure, is that plants take longer to ripen than the package says. unless one has grown the same plant before, it is a waiting game,, one needs patience,, of course, only if ones goal is to get the absolute best one can from the time and effort expended,, cheers pal, you are going to enjoy that, I have no doubt,, cheers

I'd love to have a rosemary plant again. I had a huge one for a time on the balcony but when we brought it indoors for the winter we discovered that our daughter was highly allergic to it and couldn't breathe when she came over. I chose to get rid of the plant.

How exciting to be in the final two weeks. I've been thinking I should plant seedlings in advance of a harvest to get the head start. Maybe when we get a decent grow box built I'll use the tiny closet to veg and go perpetual. That possibility hadn't even occurred to me until last night.:laughtwo:

When your non-cannabis plants get bigger and you want to show them off, might I recommend you always make sure you have some cannabis leaves in the picture so you stay within forum guidelines? It's all in the positioning. That's how I snuck in pictures of my Christmas tree.

Hey, my new journal is up. I haven't seen you there yet. How can I grow such fabulous autos without my favorite Auto queen in attendance? :green_heart:

Depends what type of high you want. I enjoy mine more clear-cloudy then amber.
