Thanks for the complement and the good tip!
As I understand, plants use light on the surface of their leafs, quantified numerically in lumens. With both LED and CFLs the lumens are exponentially lost as the distance from the light increases. I love CFL's mainly because:
-No heat production (barley noticeable, no need for A/C)
-Can keep each light 2 inches from plant, to maximize the plants uptake of lumens.

How long from seed to harvest? Do you have any pics of the buds once they completed or has it finished yet?

Veg = 50 days
Flower = 63 Days
The last shots of the plant are on the day I harvested. The up close photos of the buds show the final product.

The bud got pretty brittle and dry after only 4 days drying, so recently I re-hydrated it by placing a small piece of iceberg lettuce in the mason jar for 1 hour. Made the bud quality much better!

I am paying attention, let me know about the fungus gnats cause i been having the same issues.

100% of my gnats are gone because I switched to promix soil which is a peat moss based premium brand sold at home depot. The gnats don't like it I guess because I had hundreds and now literally haven't seen one in weeks
