Yes that's what I was doing no baking soda I've seen what it does to live plants (bleach) so didn't use it but also didn't like how dark buds were so might try again

No lol baking soda act's like bleach on live plants it burns the hell outta them had boy his girl wrote all in his yard with it and it bleached word perfect in it but no I was using a lemon water mix

I'm not I grow right to the glass I know a lot of people think you can't get that close to 1k bulb but I do it quite often just have to have good strong air flow and cool light hoods

Im running a 600 watt cooltube and the heat is not the issue. Its the bud bleaching. I start getting bleaching at 12 inches with the 600.
