Aurora Indica (Nirvana Seeds) 90% Indica (Afghani x Northern Lights)
Indoor DWC Veg for 5 weeks. Sprouted ~6/7/20
Bucket size: 5gal, plan to move to 30 gal container as she gets bigger.
Lights: 2x 90w LED 4,000K. Lights are on their 4-5th grow, so ready for replacing soon.
Fertilizers will change. Started with MasterBlend + Cal Nit + Epsom, now on MaxiBLoom + hydroguard + SilicaBlast for kicks. I have been pleased with the MasterBlend combo.

Water change on 7/19/20. My order of MC came in, so I’ve started. I will skip the SiBlast for a few feedings.
20g MC in 5gal of hose water
8ml hydroguard
8ml pH down (30%)
EC 2.1
PH 5.8

I plan to keep it in 5gal bucket as long as possible for the easy water change. Then, into a 30gal container. She has recovered from the pinching and is filling out. The canopy has flattened, so I’ve removed the LST ties. I will use a bottom netting to spread the canopy a bit, then up to the screen.

Haircut, water change, screen put on, lights switched to 12/12. Exhaust fan started. Lots of clones taken to trade, give, and play around with.

I plan to tuck and bend for around two weeks. In the past, I’ve gotten lucky and pulled off a really flat, even canopy. Hoping to repeat the evenness this time. Any veteran tips would be appreciated.

Late night water change. Upped MC for the transition. I fell behind this week with maintenance. A good round of defoliation and tucking. I anticipate another week or so of stretching. I would like the colas a bit taller this time, but I don’t want the canopy to get out of control.

I took out some extra branches that I didn’t think would make it to the screen.
Dino kale and basil bucket is about to get evicted to make space to mess around with some clones.

17 days since starting 12/12. Probably the last round of tucking and removing fan leaves from the center. Not as even as I’d hoped for, but happy. I’m happy I was able to give some clones to my neighbor. Rearranged 2 lights and evicted the kale bucket. Thanks for stopping by.

More trimming of the small stuff, cleaned up and organized fan leaves so they are under the canopy and untucked more branches this week. I managed to get a decent height off the screen. Might end up being too tall.

About week 5. Some pretty colors from letting the water drop too low. Also used a 0-0-22 bloom booster which was a bad idea. My fault. Still taking out small and short stuff to allow room for plumping.

I’m giving about 2 weeks for the transition, but 12/12 started on 7/29. Last time I grew this strain, I harvested at week 10. That’ll bring me to early October. Hopefully I learned a bit more since then.
