Late stages leaf septoria, worth finishing? Or scrap it disinfect and start fresh?

So this is my first serious go at indoor growing and I suspect the leaf septoria was brought in by me from spore I maybe picked up from work or they were already in the medium, or possibly insufficient air circulation. If corrected all these issues at this point, but didn’t diagnose the issue until it was far too late to stop it, I’ve pretty much stripped her clean of her fan leaves, and she’s on week 4 day 1 of flower. Is she worth continuing the last 6 or so weeks? I’ve tried treating the leaves to at least slow is down, but it was definitely to late and didn’t slow it down at all and its pretty much at the very top now.

Have you tried fungicides? Assume everything in your house is contaminated, so all you can do is either kill them and disinfect or take care of humidity and everything else. You should germinate your next seeds asap

Yea I’ve tried a fungicide but didn’t seem to stop it from reaching the top. So I shouldn’t keep her going till harvest ? I’ve already been keeping temps and humidity in check along with air flow. I’m just so on the fence of what to do because I don’t know if it’s even safe to smoke bud that had leaf septoria?

I'd just remove affected leaves and toss or get removed stuff out of your area, and finish it out if it was me.

Never had it but what I have seen online:

Affected leaves will usually turn slightly yellow, then brown, and eventually wither completely. Leaf septoria rarely spreads on to fruit, so it generally won’t affect cannabis flowers.

So basically can stunt the growth and affect your yield, but not like bud rot where it be possible to affect you if you smoked/used it. And then clean your area real well before you start another crop.
