Mariwannna's First Grow, Indoor, Soil, T5, 1000W HPS, Five Strains, Auto

It's been a little bit since my last update...

Day 59 since seed:

I lowered my shelf a foot to accommodate for the plants getting excessively tall - mostly the King Tuts, which are each around 105-111cm (the breeder says they top out at 110cm). They're still stretching up to the lights but I can't really do anymore to fix it. I've fed a couple of times - about every other day. I used a full tablespoon per gallon of Big Bloom, Grow Big and Tiger Bloom in my water, ph'ed to 6.6 every other watering - I see a little nute burn on two of the girls so I've backed down on each. I fed today with a tablespoon per gallon of Big Bloom and 2 teaspoons per gallon of Tiger Bloom.

I also defoliated a bit - the dead stuff at the bottom of the plants and a little through the top and middle where the large fan leaves were blocking the light to the bud locations. I clipped 3 of the colas on the Northern Light Blue for backbuilding based on LA's technique mentioned somewhere else on the forum.

My neighbor's dogs are about to drive me insane with their barking, so this update is getting shorter by the bark...

Day 64

Fed with 6 gallons of plain water ph'ed to 6.5 two days ago and then fed today with 6 gallons of water ph'ed to 6.3 with 3 teaspoons of Big Bloom and 2 teaspoons of Tiger Bloom per gallon. I defoliated a bit again... I think this might be the last time I do so. I carefully bent the extra tall King Tut over and it seems to be doing well - already pulling back towards the light. I'm hoping they start to bulk up soon - they seem a little thin for being 9 weeks old even though they seem super healthy.

These plants are jaw dropping gorgeous and very healthy. Excellent job!

Your king tut is so tall you got me worried about my current king tut and grow space. Hope they give you lots of treats to enjoy

Thanks! For perspective of height: the pictures hanging on the wall are 48" from the base to the floor. The 2 gallon pots are 8" tall. I could have LSTed them better they grow to be tall, so I should've kept it pulled down more.

Day 72

The girls are coming along nicely it seems. I watered two days ago with plain water ph'ed to 6.5 - 7 gallons total. I had one small mishap the other day where I broke a cola moving King Tut 4, but I repaired it with some garden flexies and a piece of electrical wire and it seems to be unbothered by it. It's weird how differently plants of the same strain can grow... The King Tut that I didn't top definitely has the fattest cola.

I'm about to tend and feed the girls, but I took photos first. They'll get 6 gallons of water total with 3 teaspoons of Big Bloom and 2 teaspoons of Tiger Bloom per gallon.

I've been really bad about updating lately - I have a ton of pics but kept getting a timeout error when I've tried to upload. The girls are now on a water only diet until harvest.

I also have some good looking clones from the Amnesia Molotov and have 2 Super Auto Lemon Haze seeds started and transplanted out of their solo cups.

I'm moving in a month and trying to plan accordingly for an easy transfer - I'll have more than 4 times the space after - I'm really excited about that.

I also stopped smoking yesterday to prepare for a drug test I'll have to take for my new job. I have a feeling I won't enjoy this, but I'm gonna get blazed after - my tolerance will drop significantly I hope.

I'll try uploading individual pics again tomorrow - it'll be a long post spanning the last 3 weeks. I can't believe these plants are still going, I've been watching the trichomes and they're just not ready yet.

It's day 100 and I think I'm about to chop the ladies down. Before I do that, though, I'm going to post each day that I took photos and never posted them - I'm going to try and upload just a few pictures at a time to try and avoid the timeout error from before. I kept up with the Fox Farms soil schedule until about a week and a half to two weeks ago, when I switched to all ph'ed water to flush them for harvest. I'm nervous as shit about cutting them down. I really don't want to fuck it up now.
