i have yet to try "burping" and curing. i usually just hang em for a week then sell em off (except for my personal stuff).

avatar was awesome! i love that movie! 3-d was the shizz. takes a while to allow your eyes to focus but it was epic!

I don't wait until the stems crack before they go into the jar. They are not flexible by any means but they don't break as such. I make sure I burp them often the first coupl of days in the jar and sometimes leave the jar open for 15-20 min just in case. Couple of times I've left them out for hours while I went out and they don't get overdry. Just in case they do I always save a couple of pieces of stem in the frig and if overdry I'd pop a piece of stem into the jar and seal it up for 1/2 hour. I've used those for some street bought weed but haven't had to on my grows yet.

Well we just got back from seeing "Avatar". One of the best movies I've seen (my wife said it is now her favorite movie). The visuals are literally 'out of this world'! Amazing.

Velodrone, What a small world it is. The Abbey. How long ago were you living out here?

Both my wife and I have read the just about the entire "Wheel of Time" series by Jordon (Eye Of The World is one of the books). Of course it's not over yet, my wife just finished the twelve book and I finished the 11th. There will be a total of 14 books. Jordan passed away a couple of years ago so Branden Sanderson was given the job of finishing the series by Jordan's wife.

Unfortunately the theater we saw it at didn't have it in 3D. But it was awesome anyway and I'll buy the blu ray when it comes out (it will have the 3D version also). Great movie and it's the kind of movie that you need to see a few times in order to see everything.

Not all that long ago. The lake Geneva area is nice. Still to flat though. I love my MTB trails. WISCO does not have many. There was a few nice trails outside Fontana and Darien. But that was about it, unless you wanted to drive all the way to Greenbay.

I want to see Avatar sooooo baaaad. I love what they are able to do with CG these days. I just had a little girl though so leaving the house is out of the question.

I know CJ. I am spoiled out here. I grew up in CO. I blew my MCL and LCL out at Kettle Moraine on the Blue Loop of the John Muir trail. That sucked!

I'll be posting some photos of my stuff that's still growing this afternoon. Been awhile, but I've still got the dense undergrowth at 12 weeks now. The tops are curing.

OK its been awhile! I'm at 12 weeks today since I put this grow in flower. Last week I harvested the tops of this plant and they are drying and curing right now. Mixed reviews on the potency so far. The remaining buds are probably a little more than half the weight of the tops. The buds scaled out at just under 15 grams. Total could be about an ounce when completely dry. I was thinking along the lines of 3/4 oz so that is good. But, if the potency does not improve then .............. I may have picked the tops early, but they were between 20 and 60 percent amber depending on where I looked. I checked the undergrowth a few minutes ago with mixed results. Towards the top it's more amber and looks like the tops I picked last week. The lower undergrowth is finally getting some red hairs and is now developing some amber trichs.
I really need to get my next grow going before the wife realizes it. LOL

After digging around the house, I finally found a CD with one of my outdoor grows. I new I had one somewhere! This one is from 2005 (pretty sure as the photo 'properties' says March '06). This one I'm pretty sure yielded close to 5 ounces (one plant). It was very decent smoke and was from bagseed. Of course after awhile it would get old (as in 'wish I had something else') as this is all I would have till the next years grow.
