I’ve been running mega crop through entire grow with no other add ins. Just MC and h20. This is a lower fan leaf I cut so i could get a clear picture of color. I am about 2 maybe 3 weeks to harvest . Is this a normal color or is in on the darker side meaning I’d need to back off the amount of MC?

if you look down this page a bit it shows recommended colours for plants under mega crop

yours look quite dark indeed,, but check the tips? any burn?

or inquire here perhaps,,

Be careful with too much Nitrogen, especially in this stage of flower.
I’ve quit the MC, water only from here . Only have a week left of water then I’ll starve then for a week . So far I have zero spotting on leaves , they are just dark green . However they are staring to lighten up now that it’s been water only

water only in a MC grow is going to set up the opposite situation for you, very rapidly. You will quickly go from too much MC and that way too dark green, to a starvation situation where every deficiency in the book will quickly show on your plants. It is never recommended to give only water in a MC grow... simply reduce the dosage if you are giving too much, because the concept of flushing is not valid when using amino chelated nutrients. I don't see why you would even try to flush right now anyway, you are still at least a couple of weeks from the end, gauged by looking at all the white pistils on your buds. The idea of starving the plant at the end when the buds are building the fastest they ever have during the grow is surely going to be debunked and totally discredited soon, as the legalization of pot continues to advance and information continues to be shared. Find your correct level of MC that does not produce the wrong color, and that elongated tip burning that is starting to show itself will also go away and your buds will finish out strong.

Ok so harvest is any day after March 10, I guess I did not read everything I should have on MC. I thought you had to flush

I don’t see any issues just yet and they’ve been watered 3 times now with just h2o

it’s difficult to get the right picture, I’ll try and do better when I get completely woke up but here’s a few . Not sure if I should start MC back up or not

this being my second grow and multiple plants in each grow including autos , Every day is a learning experience I will carry with me till the day I die. This is a lifelong mission I’m on so I have many years to get better and learn even more
Thanks Emilya . I always appreciate your candidness

what's your media ?

i feed through the entire grow on MC and go to water only for the last three days once i decide to chop. MC does not build up as heavy as other nutes do in the media.

you might be a bit dark / heavy, but minus any tipping it should be ok. you can hold tight were you are at or back off slightly. you are playing in tenths of grams.

cannabis ramps feeding for the first half to two-thirds of flower, then backs off a bit at the back end. i've never hit it perfect and doubt i ever will.

I’m using fox farms happy frog with super soil in the bottom third layer. I went this route a few weeks before I bought the MC, they just sprouted from their home pot so I just went with it . I topped soil a few times with oceans blend

My back plant which is cannorado genetics “ Terp Town” cross between wedding cake and birthday cake , is the greener of the two. Deep green that’s received too much MC. Yes those buds are caked! Lol
The front plant is Grape Nanna a cross between Grape Pie and Bannana OG. That plants color seems spot on

i doubt this is relevant, but i have noticed a couple flat out indica's i run getting a deeper green than the hybrids or sativa leaning plants. they just feed a bit lighter, and i don't tailor the feed for individual plants.
