Fruiting up nicely Wastie!
Thanks bud! Some of them look very promising early on.

Weird growth in veg but not in a bad way. Stocky little plants and then they popped up with long internodes in flower. You usually get some indication in late veg but these kept on being stocky like indica dominant plants.

It will be nice to keep on growing them perpetually since you won't need much time in veg to fill out. I was caught a little off guard to be honest but I have 240cm ceiling so I have some marginal for error.

Cheers bud!

30 days from flip.

Second runoff reading:

350ppm / 0.7 EC in, 500ppm / 1.0 EC out.

pH 6.2 in, pH 6.2 out.

- Both are stable and within range. I'll try to keep output under 1.0 EC out and I'll probably lower to 0.65 EC input and call it a day all the way through flower. They seem stable somewhere around here.

I reverted back and changed the feed time back to 18 seconds on from 15 seconds. Some are drinking more than others and I'm not getting enough runoff on some of them.

Still dialing in the system. It's hard to keeping everyone happy with 8 different individuals. I have to feed two of them manually a little extra from now on to keep up.

Cheers!

Day 31 from flip.

#2 is a keeper. She's an early producer and fills out well. Already packing on weight.

First runoff reading:
350ppm / 0.7 EC in, 425ppm / 0.85 EC out

pH 6.2 in, pH 6.2 out.

I get why Bruce Banner is listed as a hard strain to grow. Very low feeders and picky on the food. They grow well but some would benefit with a little different profile and less nitrogen.

Cheers!

Plucked a couple of leaves to open up the canopy a little bit.

Third runoff reading:

350ppm / 0.7 EC in, 425ppm / 0.85 EC out.

- This control plant still show excess at 0.85 EC out, some other individual even more.

pH 6.2 in, pH 6.2 out

- Stable

Cheers!

Sorry lazy me!

You’ve culled already and I missed it?

Or you’re growing out all and took clones them all as well?

I mean, yeah. Banner is special!

Just moved one up into our main room. Gonna get the best care and attention.

Don't be sorry Nick! I'm the worst at keeping track of things. Stout girls in veg and sativa stretch in early flower.

I haven't culled anyone yet. It's only #1 that takes forever to root. She's one of the one closest to BB #3 I believe then alot of different leaning more towards kush and Banner OG. All of them are rooted except #1 but they got roots forming.

It's starting to get really crammed in the veg room.

Hehe - I was kidding with ya!

But I’m nit convinced you’ll cull any!

Its Bruce Banner #3

Does weird things to you, also great snoke you think produxtive thinking sativas.

But the hardest grow for us ever.

We absolutely nailed it first time, our first two plants ever from clone in November 2022.

Never got one right since. We got so lucky that first time!

😅

I've been mixing a new base nutrient mix today.

I changed the ratio from:

3.6g 5-12-26
2.4g Calcium nitrate
1.2g Magnesium sulfate

to this ratio:

3.6g 5-12-26
2g Calcium nitrate
0.7g Magnesium sulfate

That lowers Nitrogen with about 20ppm on the final mix from 156ppm to 138ppm per gallon of base mix. I wanted to keep close to 2:1 ratio of Ca:Mg the reason for lowering Epsom more than Calcium nitrate.

Cheers!

I've raised input to 600ppm / 1.2 EC yesterday and after three feeding and first runoff reading:

600ppm / 1.2 EC in, 450ppm / 0.9 EC out.

- Still coming out a little bit on the lower side. It will probably stabilize later today but I choose to raise input to 650ppm / 1.3 EC.

pH 6.5 in, pH 6.5 out. Lower to pH 6.3.

Cheers!

The girls are really taking off in term of production and eating food! Second runoff reading came out lower than the first one.

I'm raising input to 800ppm / 1.6 EC and see if they settle. I want runoff to be just above 500ppm / 1.0 EC on the control plant.

I need to top off the reservoir! Hungry girls!

Cheers!

Lowers!

It's a strong Myrcene aroma in the tent. Absolutely reeks. I've ordered a new carbon filter.

First runoff reading:

800ppm / 1.6 EC in, 575ppm / 1.15 EC out.

- Close to the 1.0-1.2 EC out range I'm aiming for.

pH 6.2 in, pH 6.0 out.

- Raising input pH to 6.4-6.5

Cheers!
