They've stopped blooming

My two plants, Velma and Daphne, stopped blooming two or three weeks ago. You can see what blooming has happened, but nothing since.

Any suggestions?

The first one looks burned with fertilizer too much N.

Cannabis doesn't need much Nitrogen specially in flower.

Why are you waiting to harvest?

The buds don't seem big enough to harvest. I didn't think they were ready.

The colas aren't stacking but they look done to me..id harvest the big ones..also seed production will slow bloom..but it looks more like crop is ready..what colour are the trichromes? Clear..milky white or amber?

The trichomes are milky. A few are amber. I know what I'm doing today...
