11 litre pots - When to start grow nutrients

I am on my 3rd pots up, 11 litres and these are my final pots. I moved to these from 1.5ltr pots 2 weeks ago today.

I was thinking to start using biobizz grow at some point soon is now too early? I read that soil had 2-3 weeks worth in the soil so not sure if I should give it another week as is.

The soil is canna terra professional plus.

you have a 10 to 14 days. water and get the beginning ph readings ppm or EC then check the water coming out it will be high and will tell you PH and ppm when the ppm starts to go down EC will also go down but the ppm will show it better when it starts to go down the media is running out of nutrienst. Pick your nutrients and have them ready start at a slightly reduced amount about 20% lower on first feed watch your run off it will tell you what is happening.
