Because ibhavent a clie what im doing.. maybe ive given too many nutrients... by now you must be getting the jist of how clueless i am at this.

Post more pics of your plants. People will reply if they see any nutrient issues, stuff like that. From what I can see of the top leaves, you don't have any of the typical nute burn signs. What nutes are you using? The few types I have smell horrible, but it doesn't seem to make the tent smell. Pull a plant out, smell the leaves, soil, buds....see which one has the dog shit smell. If it's the buds, then look for mold. Or look on the bottom of your shoes!
