A couple of questions on quantum boards

oh ok, but a 3000k would be good for veg. and flower?

Yes both 3000k and 3500k are good for both.

I have a 4x4x7 tent and bought a fully assembled HLG 600H Quantum Board, 3000 spectrum with dimmer knob. I bought from growerslights and couldn’t be happier. I have only had mine for about a month now but works great on my plants. Huge difference from running 2 blurple Viparspectra 600w light in my tent. They are just so much brighter and provide a much bigger light foot print on my plants. Here are pics of my lights and the difference in lighting on the first day I got them. Plus what they did to my plants after almost a month of use (shown at only 50% power)

I also just got the hlg 600h, do you have suggestions for the wattage/height through out the dicferent stadiums? (Seedling, vedge and flower?

Still sort of experimenting right now. I did like 50% power dimmer knob wise and roughly 26” away for when I started my 2nd grow and all seeds popped. I’m on week 4 and have them in their final pots now and went full dimmer knob power and I would guess 36” give or take 2 inches for this veg period. Got them mid flower on my first grow, went full power but didn’t go any closer then 18” from the tallest plant top. I’m a newb and was worried about burning the plant tops
