Above ground roots?

i have a fairly large pot and for whatever reason the point where the stalk reaches the dirt its sprouted meaty almost like tree roots above ground, is this normal? I'm wondering should i cover this with dirt or is this natural?

Cover it with some dirt, should be fine. Roots shouldnt ever be in sunlight.

I had the same problem with my G13 grow. I just covered it, and it didn't happen again.

Sweet. Have you tried a bonsai in a cascading style? Not sure what that's called in the vernacular. How long did you grow him? Budded any females in miniature? So many questions...
