Exposed Roots

Hi guys and gals

I have a couple plants with exposed roots at the base of the stem. They run along the top of the soil, maybe 1/16 to 1/8 inches above it. There's only around 5 of them. I asked a couple growers I know and one said cover them with dirt; the other said it wouldn't matter. The plant is thriving so not sure I should feck with it. Your opinions are always welcome...

it does not really matter I feel but I would just add a little dirt myself

Thx peeps! It won't kill me to add another inch or 2 to the pot. And i'me pretty sure it won't hurt the plant. Might even rejuvenate those roots but it's probably too late to matter since they are preflower now.
