Another Indoor Grow: 3rd One

Had some extra room in my veg tent, so I decided to try some different things. I have 2 Blue Dream that are 27 days old I started in Jiffy pods.

There are 2 Super Fruit 90, 2 Blue Cookies, 2 Lemon Skunk and a Green Crack seedling now going too. They are about 5 days old. I decided to start the seeds right in the medium this time. I mixed up my soil, drop the seeds, then added a small amount of water. Couple days later I used a small spray bottle to lightly mist the soil daily. Most seeds were up within 3 days. The Green Crack took 5. I have been continuing to use the bottle on them daily. I found this the best way to not over water them, yet keep the soil moist

Using this method, I had 100% germination on the SF90. 66% on the BC and LS. 25% on the GC.

They are in a 4 x 4 tent with a 600w hps, with a fan cooled hood. Temp avg is 78 degrees and the RH is 50%.

Soil mix is Harvest N&O Container soil. Black Kow Manure, Peat Moss, Perlite, Lime, Blood and Bone Meal, EWC, Mykos and Dr. Earth Flower Girl. I then add in some top soil to cut the heat.

the only thing i can add at this moment is that, they are in seedling and veggative stage which is okay. However, you are going to run into a problem where your older girls will be sent to flowering and they would have to go under a 12/12 light vs your newer plants that are still not mature enought and in vegative stage which are under 18/6 light cycle.

Either ensure you have a proper setup for that moment or you will be sending some plants to flower while they are not matured enough.

Thanks for stopping in @PK1 and the encouraging words. Always good when others give their opinion. That is the only way I feel to learn and grow....pun intended...lol

I have a 4 x 8 tent with 2 led lights that are running 12/12 now with some Hawaiian Haze that should be done flowering in 6 to 7 weeks. Hopefully this grow has some ladies to move over there.

All the plants got up potted today.

The roots on the Lemon Skunk was filling the cup nicely.

I did have a small issue with the Blue Cookies. Hopefully it pulls through.

The Super Fruit 90 does not seem to be growing as well as when it started.

The Green Crack is looking strange. Have never grew it, so maybe it starts off strange.


The 2 Blue Dream are 5 weeks old. I think I am going to put them in the flower tent when I get back from work travel on Friday to see their sex. Up pot any females and cull any males.


I rearranged the tent to make a change the light for the plants. Added my cheap Amazon LED to the tent too.

I also added my first attempt at cloning to the tent. Put it in soil after 3 weeks. We will see what happens.


Up potted my wife’s Rosemary. I take care of her plants, she ignores my new hobby…lol

Didn't need to move one of the Blue Dreams. It showed it's balls today. Chopped him down. Have one left. Fingers crossed it is a lady.

The plants are moving along well. I got another deal on a tent and light from Craigslist, so I was able to spread things out some more and do some more experimenting.

The Blue Dream is almost 7 weeks and still has not shown sex. I moved it into the flower tent, 12/12 cycle, 9 days ago.

The Lemon Skunk, Blue Cookies and Super Fruit 90 is 4 weeks old. The Green Crack is 24 days.

With the additional 2 x 4 tent and led I also added 3 Afghani #1, 11 days old, and 3 OG Cake, 5 days old.

Both Lemon Skunk, one Super Fruit 90 and one Blue Cookies were male. All four are gone now.

Did some LST on the Blue Dream and it is filling out nicely. I took 5 clones from her. 3 have rooted and been replanted. The other 2 should be in a couple of days.

The Blue Cookies is just grow straight up, but hopefully fill out some more

The Green Crack and SF90 have not shown sex yet. I am hoping since they are taking this long, they are females.
