Auto flower problem

So, here is my E=mc2 auto flower. Lately it's been having some issues with its leaves as you can you can see from the pictures and I'm wondering if anyone has some inputs about the possible causes. I'm using Fox Farm Ocean Forest, no nutrients at the moment since I can't pinpoint the exact reasoning behind these changes and 2 T-12 florescent bulbs and two 23W CFLs. The temp is usually around 73-76° and I water when the bottom soil is dry. I usually check through the drainage holes. Thanks for any input.

Is that soil outdoor dirt? it look's like overwater and the light to close is helping the plant die.

the light getting through the tubs could be a killer also , roots like the dark , is there enough drainage also ?? oxygen might not get to the roots

I'm using Fox Farm Ocean Forest, as I mentioned. I moved the lights further away so hopefully that'll help.

Also, I just watered it yesterday giving the soil the moist look. I taped the buckets to shelter the roots. Thanks for the tip.

i wouldnt think hungry , it looks like Nitrogen over dose (the Claw) , ph or roots cant take up nutes due to soggy bottom
