Autoflower outgrowing its space

Hey 420Friends so I got 3 El Fuego Autoflowers ... They Are 42 Days Old now and one of them is already like 70-80cm high but my growbox is only 125cm high and the pots are like 30cm .. So yeaa they aare touching the light right now lol ... is it ok if I just bend down the top cola? Or do you guys have other/better Ideas? Thanks in Advance And a Happy New Year !!

Edit : I thought they would be small plants lol like 40 - 50cm Max. lol

haha yes thats what im thinking too haha .. But i guess thats what i get for buying a strain with unknown background lol

You can gently pull it down, but careful not to break it, at this point she will probably put up a great fight.. but I've done it, without hurting the plant.
